1. Company information
www.tanara.se is provided by TAN-ARA CO. AB with Org number 559123-2094. Information and images on the website are owned by the company or partner and may not be copied without permission.
2. Prices
Each item is listed excluding VAT in SEK. In the cart you can see the total price including all taxes, such as VAT, shipping and payment.
3.1 Payment
Payment is made through the selected payment method at checkout. The payment method is provided by PayPal and Klarna together with partners.
3.2 Card payment
Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Payment of your debit card takes place immediately.
4. Shipping & Shipping Methods
A shipping charge is added in SEK based by weight to all orders, except for wheelchairs and treadmills where the shipping charge is free. We ship your goods with PostNord.
4.2 Deliveries
Orders placed before 14.00 are processed the same day and are usually shipped within 1-4 days. Delivery will be made directly to the address you have specified at the time of purchase.
4.3 Damaged goods and complaints
When getting your goods it's important that you check so the goods are not damaged or incorrect. Should the product be incorrect or damaged contact us as soon as possible, no later than7 days after receiving the goods, to the e-mail address info@tanara.se for further instructions.
5. Right of withdrawal and open purchase
As a customer, you have the right to undo your purchase within 12 hrs after the order has been placed. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the goods has not left the warehouse.
6. Repayment obligation (The right of repayment applies only before the goods has left the warehouse)
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full amount of the item as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date of withdrawal.
7. Return Policy
Food can not be returned.
Other products can be returned within 14 days from purchase. Please contact us for further instructions concerning return of your goods.
8. Privacy, Security & Personal Information
In connection with your order, you agree that TAN-ARA CO. AB stores and uses your information. We do this to fulfill our commitments to you. We also document all communications we have with you via email, this to provide the service you expect from us. TAN-ARA CO. AB will disclose your personal information to third parties as described in our Privay Policy. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right, once upon a year, to receive the information we have registered about you. We reserve the right to use your email for state marketing and newsletters.

10. Cookies
A cookie is a text file sent from a webpage to your computer where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (text-based cookies). If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place an order on our site. You can easily change this under settings in your browser. Please note that we do not use cookies to save personal information about you.
11. Force Majeure
Force Majeure such as war, extensive labor dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious contagion or other extent that a party has no control over which prevents a party from fulfilling its obligations and releasing a party from it. Such exemption applies, provided that the activities cannot be carried out under these conditions. The counterparty shall be immediately informed of circumstances that may apply this provision.
12. Changes to Contract Terms
After the customer has completed a purchase, the TAN-ARA CO. AB is not entitled to change the terms of the current purchase unless otherwise agreed.

14. Disputes & laws
Swedish law shall apply to all purchases under these terms and conditions. Dispute of purchase under these terms and conditions shall be exclusively investigated by the Swedish General Court.
